This samples page show type examples that follow classroom projects and exercises. They help illustrate principles and fundamentals emphasized for individual projects and their practical uses in good typographic design.

Type Collage

Variation 1- Flowing alignment variation.
Variation 2 - Vertical and horizontal alignment for an organized approach with added contrast
with larger and more impactful type images.
These designs we done with the aid of Illustrator and Photoshop.

The collage above and below were created with images
of type and was composed in Photoshop.
It was used as the background image for the T-101 classroom blog.
This collage is an example of the collage done by hand cut type samples and then spray-mounted
onto a board, before mounting.  I had to try it manual since most of the student use this technique.
